360|VOX’s site spans 5.5 km2 of oceanfront property, which is located 65 kilometers east of Havana. The site is being developed as the first high-end destination resort in Cuba, with the potential to host several luxury hotels, and two championship golf courses.

The property is highlighted by several secluded pocket beaches stretching along a tropical verdant coastline. A line of white cliffs rises over 100 meters to form an attractive border overlooking the beach areas, and forms a plateau creating the ideal location for the first championship golf course on the island.

A modern highway currently connects the Jibacoa property with both Havana and the resort area of Varadero, located 55km to the east. Both Havana and Varadero have international airports thereby ensuring efficient lift to the Jibacoa resort complex.

The Jibacoa master plan allows for 1400 rooms of 5-star quality, 600 bungalows and villas linked to the golf courses and 45 holes of golf comprising of two championship courses.
