Robin Conners, Mr. Conners' experience includes venture financing, primarily focused on hospitality and leisure markets. He concluded the first North American property transactions with The Resolution Capital Corporation of Japan. As Vice President of Commercial Development with Intrawest Corporation (“Intrawest”), Mr. Conners coordinated projects in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Mr. Conners worked with the St. Joe Company; Florida’s largest real estate development company with over 850,000 acres of land in Northwest Florida. He held positions as VP Business Development and VP Strategic Planning, overseeing $2.5 billion in development projects. Mr. Conners is the founding partner of Lake Capital Partners; a specialized project development company focused on partnering in the development and operation of large scale mixed use projects. As one of Lake’s founding partners Mr. Conners has completed projects in Asia, The Emirates, Europe, Barbados, The US Virgin Islands Cuba, Mexico and the Americas. Ned Goodman, Mr. Goodman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Corporation, the Chairman of DundeeWealth Inc. and the Chairman and CEO of Ned Goodman Investment Counsel Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dundee Corporation. Widely recognized as one of Canada’s most successful investment counselors, Mr. Goodman has more than four decades of investment experience as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and senior executive David Oliver, Mr. Oliver has been involved in financing, construction, operations and development within the hospitality industry for over 40 years. After completing his education at University Nevada, Las Vegas, he undertook positions with Pannell Kerr Forester (Los Angeles) and then executive positions with Sonesta Hotels (New Orleans and Bahamas), Princess Hotels (Bahamas and Bermuda), General Manager of Sheraton Hotels (Niagara Falls) and as Manager, Fairmont/Canadian Pacific - Royal York Hotel (Toronto), before becoming President, Ramada/Renaissance Hotels and Resorts, Canada. He joined WardAir Airlines as global Director of Hospitality Operations and Development before it was acquired by CP Air/ Air Canada. During the 1990’s, Mr. Oliver as CEO built and opened the London Convention Center and then subsequently undertook major development roles with ITT Sheraton, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Carlson Hotels Worldwide, and Wyndham Hotels Worldwide. He has been involved in the development of over 100 hotels globally. He also works as a Director with Strategic Hospitality Services Inc., a global hotel consulting firm. Brahm Gelfand, Mr. Gelfand is a graduate in law from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec and has been engaged in the practice of law for close to 50 years. His practice has focused mainly on business transactions and commercial dealings both domestic and cross border. Presently Mr. Gelfand is a member of the Board of Governors of Dynamic Mutual Funds and Chairman of its Independent Review Committee. He is also associated with a number of private and public corporations and is actively involved with numerous non-profit organizations and foundations, including being a Director and former President of the Sir Mortimer B. Davis Jewish General Hospital and its Foundation in Montreal. He is currently Counsel to the Montreal law firm Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melancon, L.L.P. Mr. Gelfand has been appointed to the Company’s Compensation and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees. Roland Singer, Mr. Ronald Singer received his C.A. designation in 1955 and his F.C.A. (Fellow) in 1988. From 1985 to 1996 Mr. Singer was a Senior Partner with the firm of Hyde Houghton now BDO Dunwoody. Prior to 1999, Mr. Singer held various directorship positions within private and public issuers. Mr. Singer is a director, member of the Corporate Governance Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee of Dundee Precious Metals Inc., a company listed on the TSX. Arnold Cader, Mr. Cader is the President of The Delphi Corporation, a real estate and business consulting firm he established in 1986. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Four Seasons Hotels Inc. for seven years. Mr. Cader has served as an independent trustee on several family trusts and estates. In addition, he has served on numerous public and private corporate and charitable boards, and currently serves on the board of Radiation Safety Institute of Canada, and the board of Mood Disorders Association of Ontario.
